Delivery Service
CollectorCraft.co.uk endeavours to despatch within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 3-4 working days for UK mainland and 6-9 working days for overseas destinations from the receipt of your order. However, 28 days should be allowed for delivery.

Back Orders Service
In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you via email with the option to cancel your order or invitation to re-select if you would prefer not to wait.
All delivery dates quoted are estimated and as such CollectorCraft.co.uk shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet these dates.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are clearly stated during the order process. Shipping is calculated on the total weight of the items ordered and our shipping prices start at just 89p For all overseas packages, we will contact you with the overseas shipping options for you to agree to before your order is accepted and processed. For all items sent overseas, there is an additional cost for your security on all orders over £32 of £5 + the shipping costs to your destination. This is a signed for service plus insurance. For any items that are in our sale, including Wednesday Wonder, we require an additional £3.50 signed for service for items shipped to all European and Worldwide destinations if your order is between £25 and £32.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that have been correctly despatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to CollectorCraft.co.uk as undeliverable, whether by courier or postal service, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the products ordered only, (not including shipping costs). Furthermore, the customer is also liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, as well as make further payment for re-shipment should this be required.

Tax Charges
CollectorCraft.co.uk is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number 736 9330 15. All prices quoted within this website are otherwise INCLUSIVE of VAT unless clearly stated.
Orders shipped to non-EU destinations do not have to pay VAT. The VAT will be deducted for these transactions. Prices do not include any customs duty and excise or any other local taxes for goods shipped outside the EU. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these duties and taxes.

Guarantee
All products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You may do this by taking or sending by post, fax or e-mail a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

Returns information and documentation is included with all goods dispatched. Please complete in full this documentation as any order returned without with incomplete documentation will be refused. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to CollectorCraft.co.uk will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by CollectorCraft.co.uk and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 15%. In this instance, the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty. Non-stock or Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

Inspection/Return procedures
Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify CollectorCraft.co.uk promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify CollectorCraft.co.uk. within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of CollectorCraft.co.uk. Customer is responsible for returning products to CollectorCraft.co.uk at the Customer's risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to CollectorCraft.co.uk. the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorisation ("RMA") number from CollectorCraft.co.uk. by e-mailing info@collectorcraft.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1329 281386. CollectorCraft.co.uk shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to CollectorCraft.co.uk in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA entered onto the returns documentation.

Any product(s) returned to CollectorCraft.co.uk shall become the property CollectorCraft.co.uk. If CollectorCraft.co.uk determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, CollectorCraft.co.uk reserves the right to charge for the goods. We will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
